Day 1 – Madrid, Toledo, Consuegra, and Úbeda.
Departure from Madrid to begin the route with a stop in Toledo, one of Spain’s most impressive historical cities, famous for its Christian, Jewish, and Muslim heritage and its spectacular skyline. Afterward, continue to Consuegra, where the windmills provide one of the most recognizable images of Castilla-La Mancha and of Cervantes’s imagination. Following this stop, continue to Úbeda, a city of great historical value and one of the leading examples of the Andalusian Renaissance. Overnight in Úbeda.
Day 2 – Úbeda, Olive Grove Visit, Burgalimar Castle, and Granada.
The day begins in Úbeda, a key city of the Andalusian Renaissance and one of the great heritage gems of the province of Jaén. From here, the tour continues with a visit to an olive grove, a fitting experience in this area, where the landscape is deeply marked by olive oil cultivation and the culture of the olive tree. Afterwards, continue to Burgalimar Castle in Baños de la Encina, one of the most unique fortresses in Andalusia and a stop of great historical significance on the route. After the visit, depart for Granada. Overnight in Granada.
Day 3 – Granada, Alhambra, Albaicín, and Córdoba.

Afterwards, the itinerary continues through the Albaicín, the historic quarter that best preserves the essence of Andalusian Granada, with streets steeped in history and unforgettable viewpoints. After this day, continue to Córdoba. Overnight in Córdoba.
Day 4 – Córdoba, Mosque-Cathedral, Jewish Quarter, and Seville
The day will begin in Córdoba with a visit to the Mosque-Cathedral, one of Spain’s most extraordinary monuments and a true synthesis of history, art, and spirituality. Afterwards, the tour continues through the Jewish Quarter, one of the city’s most beautiful and distinctive historic neighborhoods, ideal for further exploring Córdoba’s cultural heritage.
