The journey begins in Cordoba and ends in Seville, combining wine, heritage, olive oil, Andalusian architecture, inland landscapes and southern Spain’s great monumental cities.
Day 1 · Cordoba · Welcome to Andalusia
Cordoba · Start of the Grand Tour Andalusia
Arrival in Cordoba and start of the tour. After checking into your accommodation, enjoy a first introduction to the historic center and the Jewish Quarter.
The day ends with an Andalusian-inspired welcome dinner and an introduction to the journey ahead.
Day 2 · Cordoba · Mosque-Cathedral, Jewish Quarter and flamenco
Monumental Cordoba · Heritage of Andalusia
Spend the morning exploring Cordoba’s historic center and its evolution from Roman times through the Islamic and Christian periods. The Mosque-Cathedral is the highlight of the day.
Afterwards, there is time to continue exploring patios, squares and historic streets. A flamenco experience may also be included during the stay in Cordoba.
Day 3 · Montilla-Moriles · Wine route · Ubeda
Montilla-Moriles · Wines of the Grand Tour Andalusia
Depart Cordoba for the Montilla-Moriles wine region to visit a winery and learn about local traditions, production methods and some of the area’s most representative wines.
Continue toward the province of Jaen through a landscape increasingly dominated by olive groves before reaching Ubeda.
Day 4 · Ubeda · Renaissance and heritage
Ubeda · Renaissance city on the Andalusia route
Explore Ubeda and its remarkable Renaissance ensemble, monumental squares and buildings connected with major figures of the 16th century.
The visit may include the Chapel of El Salvador and other important historic sites. The afternoon offers more free time to continue discovering the city.
Day 5 · Olive oil · Jaen · Granada
Jaen olive groves · Culinary experience on the way to Granada
Visit an olive estate or mill to learn about olive cultivation, oil production and the differences between varieties and quality levels.
Continue to Granada. On arrival, enjoy a first introduction to the city and the Albaicin, with views toward the Alhambra at the end of the day.
Day 6 · Granada · Alhambra and Generalife
Alhambra of Granada · Major visit of the Andalusia tour
The day centers on the Alhambra and Generalife, one of the great monumental complexes of the journey. The visit will be arranged according to the confirmed admission time.
Afterwards, continue exploring the Albaicin, Cathedral, Royal Chapel or the streets of Granada’s historic center.
Day 7 · Antequera · Menga Dolmen · Ronda
Antequera and Ronda · Inland history and scenery
Leave Granada for Antequera, where the route may include a visit to the megalithic complex and the Menga Dolmen.
Continue to Ronda, with time to explore Puente Nuevo, the gorge, viewpoints and historic neighborhoods.
The day may end with an intimate Spanish guitar performance.
Day 8 · Ronda · Rural Andalusia · Seville
Ronda to Seville · Traditions and flamenco
Depart Ronda through rural Andalusian landscapes. The program may include a visit connected with traditional livestock farming and the Andalusian countryside before continuing to Seville.
On arrival, enjoy a first visit through the Santa Cruz district and the monumental area around the Cathedral.
The evening may conclude with a flamenco show.
Day 9 · Seville · Alcazar, Cathedral and historic center
Monumental Seville · Grand finale of the Grand Tour Andalusia
Spend the day in Seville, focusing on its major monuments, especially the Royal Alcazar, Cathedral, Giralda and Santa Cruz.
Afterwards, there is time to walk along the Guadalquivir, discover Triana, visit Plaza de Espana or continue enjoying the historic center.
The day ends with a farewell dinner and, when conditions allow, a horse-drawn carriage ride.
Day 10 · Seville · Breakfast and end of the tour

Breakfast at the hotel and end of the services of the Grand Tour Andalusia.

The main cities are explored on foot. Expect cobbled streets, some slopes and stairs in places such as Ubeda, Granada, Ronda and Seville. Because this is a private tour, the pace can be adjusted when necessary.

How many nights are included?
The tour includes nine nights of accommodation distributed among Cordoba, Ubeda, Granada, Ronda and Seville.
Does the Grand Tour Andalusia include transportation?
Yes. The program includes private transportation for the road stages listed in the itinerary.
Is the Alhambra included?
The Alhambra visit is planned within the program, but admission is subject to availability for the selected dates. We recommend booking well in advance.
Are meals included?
Breakfast is included during the nine-night stay, together with five lunches or dinners scheduled in the program. The remaining meals are free so you can choose restaurants according to your preferences.
Can we start the tour from Madrid?
Yes. We can add a private transfer from Madrid to Cordoba or design a preliminary stage connecting the capital with the start of the tour.
Can we finish the trip in another city?
Yes. After Seville, we can arrange an extension to Malaga, Cadiz, Jerez, Portugal, Madrid or another destination.
